India GST
E-invoice and e-way — wiring live IRN next
We are working closely with GST Suvidha Providers (GSPs) such as ClearTax and Masters India to switch on live IRN (e-invoice) and e-way bill generation inside MXM. Tax invoices, GST amounts, and PDFs are available today. Until live IRN / e-way is on, please use the government portal if your business is mandated — we are sorry for the inconvenience and will notify founding customers as soon as it goes live.
Caps and packs are already in the plan. Soft warn at 80% of monthly caps. Failed IRN / e-way attempts will not burn a credit; cancel is free. Example for the 5-user plan (shared across both companies): 250 IRN · 120 e-way · 250 WhatsApp · 4,000 email · 10 GB storage — once live generate is on.

Straight answers
When will in-app IRN / e-way work?
We are integrating with GSP partners (ClearTax, Masters India, and peers) for live IRN and e-way. Caps and packs are already in the plan. Until go-live, generate IRN / e-way on the government portals if required — sorry for the inconvenience.
Who sends invoice email?
MXM. Email From is transaction@mxmerp.com. You do not paste client SMTP for document delivery. WhatsApp from the MXM Business number is next (not live on the marketing claim yet).
Do document numbers burn when I save a draft?
No. Drafts are per user + tenant. Numbers allocate only on final submit.
Is storage inside IRN packs?
No. Base storage is in the monthly plan. Extra GB is a monthly add-on. IRN and e-way packs are separate.
Do you replace Tally completely?
No. MXM is the commercial ops desk — sell, invoice, GST, PDFs — plus native GL, HR, CRM, and POS when you need them. Books can still stay in Tally via our self-hosted bridge if that is how you close.
Is MXM ERP the same as MXM Sistemas (Brazil)?
No. MXM ERP (mxmerp.com) is an Indian GST / manufacturing product by MXM Technologies. MXM Sistemas (mxm.com.br) is a separate Brazilian company.
